Terms and Conditions.

In Brief...

1. Rovers Run Puppies (“RRP”) offers its customers buying a puppy from RRP, a 7-day cooling off period commencing from the date the customer receives the puppy from RRP. 

The Terms and Conditions of our cooling off period are as follows: 

• Provided you return the puppy within the first 3-days of purchase, RRP will refund you 70% of the purchase price paid. 

• Provided you return the puppy within 4 to 7-days of purchase, RRP will refund you 50% of the purchase price paid. 


RRP has implemented these 7-day Cooling Off Period Terms and Conditions to ensure the best outcome for the pet, you as our valued customer and in covering RRP`s costs both internally and externally (i.e. Vet checks; 2-week quarantine period and re-advertising costs etc).

2. If you the purchaser decides to return the purchased puppy to our business within 21 days of sale (collection) accompanied by a statement from a veterinary practitioner, that the puppy purchased is unacceptable for health reasons, the business will take the said puppy back and refund 100% of the purchase price.

3. If the purchased puppy is diagnosed with, suffering from, dies or is euthanised from a disease that is traceable to our business, within 3 years of purchase (collection date) the business will refund 100% of the purchase price where the owner of the animal provides a supporting statement and diagnoses report from a veterinary practitioner.

Under the above items 1 & 2 clauses, the owner cannot keep the animal and request a refund.
